Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)

This exam is considered equivalent to TNPSC CCSE-I Civil services as these posts are the highest recruitment of the Central government. The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is India's central agency authorized to conduct the Civil Services Examination, Service examination, Engineering Services Examination, Combined Defence Services Examination, National Defence Academy Examination, Naval Academy Examination, Combined Medical Services Examination, Special Class Railway Apprentice, Indian Economic Service/Indian Statistical Service Examination, Combined Geoscientist and Geologist Examination, and Central Armed Police Forces(Assistant Commandant) Examination.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS)

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) which is started in 1975. It is an autonomous agency in India. IBPS announced a Common Written Examination (CWE) for the selection Officers and Clerks in Indian banks. IBPS CWE is now mandatory for anyone who seeks an employment in 20 public sector and Regional Rural banks. IBPS periodically accepts the exam applications from the candidates at their website, and the exams are organized at various locations in the country in online mode.

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC)

The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has a particular distinction of being the successor of the first Provincial Public Service Commission, i.e., the Madras Service Commission. Their recruitments under TNPSC Combined Civil Services Examination (CCSE-I) - Group I, Combined Civil Services Examination (CCSE-II) - Group II, Group IV Services like Junior Assistant, Typist, Stenographer, Draughts person Field Surveyor, Group III Services, Assistant Engineer in Engineering Services and Village Administrative Officer (VAO).

Staff Selection Commission (SSC)

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an GOVT. OF INDIA organisation to recruit staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the Government of India and in Subordinate Offices. This commission is an attached office of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) which consists of Chairman, two Members and a Secretary-cum-Controller of Examinations. His post is equivalent to the level of Additional Secretary to the Government of India.

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB)

Railway Recruitment Board is a organization of Government of India, which works for the appointment of new employees to work in Indian railways. Railway Recruitment boards have several boards working for it appoint new employees and they are situated in different parts of India. There are 19 RBB's and they are RRB Ahemadabad, RRB Ajmer, RRB Allahabad, RRB Banglore, RRB Bhopal, RRB Bhubaneswar, RRB Bilaspur, RRB Chandigarh, RRB Chennai, RRB Gorakhpur, RRB Guwahati, RRB Jammu and Kashmir, RRB Kolkata, RRB Malda, RRB Mumbai, RRB Muzaffarpur, RRB Patna, RRB Ranchi, RRB Secunderabad, RRB Thiruvantha-puram.

Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT)

The Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) is conducted by the Indian Air Force. AFCAT is conducted to select the candidates as Commissioned (Gazetted) Officers in Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches. Now, AFCAT is the fourth largest Air Force in the world with a highly technical and specialized fighting force that safeguards our skies against enemy invasions. The headquarters of the IAF is at New Delhi. Now, Air Marshal Manavendra Singh is the chief of IAF.

TNUSRB (POLICE)

The Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) was constituted by the Government of Tamil Nadu in November 1991 vide G.O. Ms. No. 1806, Home Department, dated 29.11.1991 for the recruitment of personnel for the Uniformed Services like Police, Prison and Fire and Rescue Services. TNUSRB consists of one Chairman in the rank of Director General of Police, one Member in the rank of Additional Director General of Police, one Member Secretary in the rank of Inspector General of Police, one Superintendent of Police, one Legal Adviser, one Senior Administrative Officer, one Deputy Superintendent of Police, one Personal Assistant and 20 other office staffs. It is a dept. of the government of Tamil Nadu that is responsible for governing the recruitment of personnel into the state's public service. It is the successor of the Madras Service Commission, which came into being under an Act of the Madras Legislature in 1929.

Indian Postal Recruitment:

The postal service is under the Department of Posts, which is part of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of the Government of India. The apex body of the department is the Postal Service Board, consisting of a chair and six members. The six board members govern personnel, operations, technology, postal life insurance, human-resource development (HRD) and planning. The joint secretary and financial adviser is also a permanent invitee.
